Booking with us is simple, but our system does require a few specific steps. Please follow the guide below to ensure your request is submitted correctly.

1. Click “Request to Book”
Start by clicking the “Request to Book” button. This will take you to the add-ons page.

2. Select the Number of Days
On the add-ons page, you must enter the total number of days you require under “Number of days boarding”.
NOTE: This is how your booking duration and price are calculated.

If you are booking for more than one dog, you must also enter the same number of days under “Number of days additional dogs boarding”.

Once completed, click “Next.”

3. Review Your Appointment Summary
You will then be shown an appointment summary. Please check the details carefully.
At the bottom of this page, click “Schedule Appointment”.

4. Choose Your Start Date & Time
You will now be taken to the Booking Date & Time Selection page.
Here, select the date and time you would like the booking to start.

Scroll down and click “Request to Book”.

​

5. Complete the Booking Form
You will then be asked to fill in your details, along with your dog(s)’ information.
Please complete all required fields before submitting.

6. Confirmation & Payment
Once submitted:

• Your booking request will be sent to us

• You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received

After we review and accept your booking, you will receive a payment request via email to secure your dates.
